Thank goodness he followed my request and called me first. I spoke with Wellmark and Caremark and the pharmacy. There were exceptions made, due to the drastic health situation that this individual had and I am very pleased to say that his request was approved and the pharmacy and Caremark and Wellmark have partnered and are working together so that this man can be worry free as he tries to manage his health.
